Shelley Vondeylen joined the front office staff in August 2004. She’s the file manager getting your pet’s medical chart ready for their appointment, updating and filing it after.

She and her husband Mike live in Napoleon. They have 2 sons, Tyler and Ryan. Other family members include a German Shepard; Kyra, a Lab named Maggie and barn cats; Bandit, Sassy, KitKat, Milo and Tucker. 

They enjoy horseback riding, camping and spending time with their grandchildren. 

Sarah Newns joined the front office staff in August 2004. She’s a key member of the marketing and social media team & manages the front office filling in wherever help is needed.

She lives in Wauseon with her husband, Andrew, a Boxer, Kobe, a Golden Retriever, Layla and a Mix named Mabel.

Sarah loves watching sports and is an avid Chicago Cubs & Bears fan. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and is a proud and active Aunt.

Tina Myers joined our team in January 2012 as our Financial Secretary.  She’s always eager to help with any billing questions.

She lives in Malinta and has 3 adult children Cara, Josh, and Kylie, and their dogs; RJ, Duck. Pippa and Darla along with several outside cats. 

Tina’s family is involved in 4-H and loves the Henry County Fair. Tina also loves her involvement in the Henry County Relay for Life.

Erika Clady joined our front office staff in July 2012. She was cross trained to assist in the back as well as greet clients in the lobby and on the phone. You may see her helping out occasionally with appointments! She also handles requests on our online store.

Erika has two children, Dawson and Landree. She lives with her two dogs, Bobo and Rosie. She

Nicole is our newest member at NVC starting in 2018.  She’s likely the first to greet you when you walk in the door and check your pet in for their appointment.

Nicole is married to David and they have a daughter, Natalie. Originally from the Toledo area, their family always dreamed of living in the country so recently bought a house in Holgate to fulfill that dream. Also, sharing their house are 3 dogs a Lab, Jake and Boston Terriers, Lola and Bella and a very ornery cat named Oliver.

Nicole loves spending time with her family and friends and looks forward to entertaining at her new house. She also enjoys watching movies with her husband and daughter.
