Dr. Terri Fedderke
Veterinarian
Dr. Terri Fedderke grew up in Milan, Ohio, where she graduated from Edison High School in 1988. She then attended The Ohio State University and received both a Bachelor of Science in Animal Nutrition in 1991 and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1995.
Upon graduation from The Ohio State University, Dr. Fedderke joined Drs. Burgei and Edwards at the Napoleon Veterinary Clinic.
Special interests for Dr. Fedderke include pet dentistry and oral surgery, animal behavior and exotics.
Dr. Fedderke and her husband, Todd, live in Napoleon. They have three children, Camren, Collin, and Caroline. Rounding out their family is a dog, Knox and several playful outside cats.
In her free time, Dr. Fedderke does like to travel back to Ohio State to cheer on the Buckeyes. She also likes to play sports, go shopping and camping.

Dr. Kate Colliflower
Veterinarian
After graduating from OSU, Dr. Kate married Napoleon native Phil Gerken and began working at Napoleon Veterinary Clinic. When she joined our clinic she spent time working with both the large and small animal aspects of our clinic. Now she spends most of her time in the clinic caring for your pets. She really enjoys working with surgical cases.
Since she started with us, Kate and Phil have had four children, Alaina, Michael, Audrey, and Peter. They share their home with a Lab, Bruce a Frenchie named Eddie and cat, Bella.
Dr. Kate LOVES going back to Columbus for Ohio State football games, but seems to be spending most of her time these days with her family cheering the Buckeyes on from home!

Dr. Sara Weaver
Veterinarian
After graduating, Dr. Weaver immediately joined our family. She has a passion for horses and may practice equine medicine in the future. She also enjoys cardiology and spends a lot of time in the exam rooms caring for your pets.
Dr. Weaver loves riding horses, collecting $2 bills and all water sports.

Dr. Lauren Bates
Veterinarian
Dr. Lauren Bates is from the Napoleon area and a high school graduate of Holgate. She was active in 4-H for 10 years showing horses. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Findlay in 2015 and then attended Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee earning her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2019.
Immediately after graduating, she joined our NVC family! She will be seeing your pets as they come in for visits and she also enjoys surgery.
Dr. Bates has 4 dogs named Gibbs, Arlo, Denali and Roxy along with cats Skitzy and Hiccup and horses. Her hobbies include crafting, reading, traveling, hiking and vegging out on Netflix!
